Wale is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Oando Plc. He assumed this position in
July 2001. Prior, he was Executive Director Finance and Administration at Oando Plc. Upon
graduation, Tinubu started his career with the family's law firm, K.O. Tinubu where he worked on
corporate and petroleum law assignments.
In 1994, Tinubu became one of the founding partners of Ocean and Oil Group. Whilst at Ocean and Oil, Tinubu was mainly responsible for the strategic expansion of the business. Tinubu has a Bachelor's of Law Degree from the University of Liverpool, England and received his LLM from the London School of Economics where he specialised in International Finance and Shipping. He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is the Chairman of Gaslink Nigeria Ltd and Tilca Nigeria and also serves on the Board of Oando Plc Sierra Leone, Oando Plc Togo, Oando Plc Ghana, West African Refinery Company (WARCO) Sierra Leone, Ocean and Oil Services, Oando Supply & Trading, Avante Capital Partners, Avante Property Asset Management Services and Econet Wireless Nigeria. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors. |

Mofe is the Deputy Managing Director of Oando Plc and Chief Operating Officer of Oando Trading &
Supply. He assumed this current position in July 2001. Prior, Boyo was the Executive Director,
Marketing of Oando Plc. In 1991, he started his career with F.R.A Williams and Co, a prominent law
firm in Nigeria where he worked for 4 years. Whilst at F.R.A Williams and Co., Boyo specialized in
the shipping and oil services industries and worked on various joint venture deals between NNPC and
major international oil companies. He was also a member of the team that represented the refineries
in the NNPC judiciary enquiry.
In 1994, he joined the Ocean and Oil Group where he developed and managed the operations department. Boyo has a Bachelor's of Law Degree from Kings College, University of London, England. He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Directors of Gaslink Nigeria Ltd., Oando Plc Sierra Leone, Oando Plc Togo, Oando Plc Ghana, West African Refinery Company (WARCO) Sierra Leone, Avante Capital Partners, Stallion Properties, Oando Trading & Supply and Ocean & Oil Services. |

Pade was appointed MD/CEO of OEPL in June 2010. Prior to joining OEPL, Pade served as the MD/CEO of
Ocean and Oil Holdings Group, a principal investment and advisory services group and also the core
investor in Oando Plc from 2006 to June 2010. Whilst in Ocean and Oil, he was a core member of
Oando's Group Leadership Council, and a key part of the company's upstream diversification Strategy
& Execution team. He advised on, and in some cases led, the company's efforts in the acquisition of
Oilfield assets & Drilling Rigs.
Pade joined Ocean & Oil in 2006 from Schlumberger Oilfield Services. He worked in Schlumberger for more than 19 years where he held various Management roles in Field Operations, Field Operations Management, Line (Country) Management, Human Resources Management and Business Development while working and living in 8 countries in Africa, Europe and the Far East. |

Lanre joined Ocean & Oil Holdings in 2006 as a Manager in its Finance and Strategy department. He
was appointed Chief Financial Officer a few years after and most recently, the Group Chief Executive
Officer. With over twelve years of experience in Finance and Operations, Lanre has been actively
involved in the creation and restructuring of some of the organisation's present subsidiaries.
Prior to Ocean and Oil Holdings, Lanre was a Senior Finance Analyst with Motorola Nigeria Limited, responsible for monitoring and reporting on all business contracts of the firm. He started his career as an Associate in the Tax and Legal department of PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining the Assurance and Business advisory team of KPMG Professional Services (erstwhile Arthur Andersen). He later moved on to Standard Chartered Bank's Institutional Banking division, where he rose to become an Assistant Relationship Manager overseeing the bank's relationship with a number of financial institutions and developmental organizations. Lanre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife as well as a Master of Science degree in Finance from the City University of London, CASS Business School, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. |
