Pade joined Ocean and Oil Holdings in 2006. He worked in Schlumberger Oilfield Services for more than 19 years starting as a Wireline Logging Filed Engineer and later moving to Well Completions. He has held various Management roles in Field Operations, Field Operations Management, Line (Country) Management, HR and Business Development Management - living and working in 8 countries in Africa, Europe and Far East Africa.

Chinedu joined Ocean & Oil Holdings in 2006 after his MBA. Prior to joining Ocean & Oil Holdings, he worked within the Global Information Services Division of Mobil Producing Nigeria for 8 years on several roles, most recently as In-country IS Project Manager on three multibillion dollar oil & gas development projects. Before joining Mobil, he worked with Arthur Andersen & Co, in their Assurance and Business Advisory practice focusing on the banking and finance sectors. He also has technical sales and marketing experience having worked in Telnet Nigeria and Symmetricom Inc. in San Jose, California
